Zoë was admitted as a legal practitioner in 1997 in England and Wales.  She was admitted in Australia in 2006 and called to the Queensland Bar in 2021.

Zoë practices in the areas of family law, commercial litigation and estate litigation. Zoë is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator and has been appointed as a mediator to the QCAT Mediator’s Panel.

Zoë practices in both State and Federal jurisdictions in the areas of commercial and civil disputes, family law, estate litigation and Australian immigration law. 

In 2017 Zoë completed a graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice with Distinction to complement her practice in this area of law. 

With 24 years practising as a solicitor, including as a Principal of her own law firm, Zoë brings a depth of knowledge and experience to her practice as a barrister. 

Outside of the law, Zoë also has significant experience in operating a family business which brings a valuable depth of commercial acumen to Zoë’s legal practice too. 

Zoë is the elected Treasurer for the Gold Coast Bar Association. The voluntary service that she provides is greatly appreciated by her barrister peers.
